General Tengu, Raiden Shogun’s right hand man, feels nothing short of annoyance for Arataki Itto, who had lost against her in the Vision Hunt Decree. Though he lost vision of her, he reportedly never lost his competitive spirit and pursued Kujou Sara in hopes of a rematch. He makes his intent known throughout Inazuma, who you may have come across in a bulletin board or two.

Genshin Impact Itto’s skills and abilities
Itto’s skills are now public, giving players take a look at his overall playstyle.
When he uses his elemental ability, she unleashes a raging bull that deals geo damage to enemies. After charging, the bull will remain on the battlefield and harass opponents. And he gets a stack of Superlative Superstrength, a passive that empowers his shots.
Of course, not everyone will try to remove this banner.
If you’ve built several DPS characters already, or you just don’t like Wanderer or Itto characters, then it’s worth saving your Primogems for another character in a future banner.
Who is Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact
Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact is also known as Oni Sumo King. The most notable thing about him is his rivalry with Kujou Sara, who defeated him and took the vision of him. People describe Itto as a strong martial artist with oni blood in his veins. Itto is likely to be a descendant of Arataki of the Front Gate.
According to the stories told by some NPCs, Itto is a tall, thick man with two horns. He may seem scary at first, but inside he’s actually a kind person who likes to play with the local kids. He also turned out to be a competitive person, which is how he became Kujou Sara’s rival.
Because you’ll love it
We’ve said it once and we’ll say it again – It’s all brawn, no brains. His antics of displaying his newly acquired “Vision” for all to see and begrudgingly hear puts his tendency to be loud into perspective: he just wants affirmation and recognition. He’s a big kid, easily identifiable with that childish demeanor and boisterous energy that he always has. But at the same time his compassion is clearly manifested in all aspects of his characterization.
An important point here is that he’s a bit proud – he knows his own strength and goes out of his way not to resort to it. This is mostly due to him wanting to maintain a positive reputation for his Oni heritage. He’s not really a complete pea brain when he’s as introspective as possible, but he’s definitely a rightful lover to always have the best of intentions. He is light-hearted and kind-hearted and remains a very appealing mix of traits as one of the funniest and most lovable Genshin Impact characters to ever grace the cast of him.
