Bullmastiff
Breeders created this puppy by crossing a bulldog and a mastiff. Among the many large dog breeds in the world, these are particularly loyal and protective pets. Like Rottweilers, Bullmastiffs can come across as intimidating, which is one of the reasons they’re such effective protectors – no one wants to mess with a dog that gets to hip height. But bullmastiffs also have an incredible instinct for scenting out danger.
