Creator of Minecraft and glorious and revered leader to us all Notch has revealed the list of changes to the latest Minecraft update, Beta 1.6, which will be available later this week. This is a much bigger update than Beta 1.4 or Beta 1.5, and while the single biggest change in the game is the addition of Nether support to multiplayer (!!!), 1.6 also brings maps and hatches with it. craftables, tall grass in some biomes, and a cornucopia of bug fixes. (NB: this will likely break almost every bug- or exploit-based farming method in use right now.) If Notch has been able to accomplish this much in the month since 1.5 released, who knows where the game will be too far November 11, when will it come out of beta?

- Minecraft update 1.60 adds a limited-time Halloween Tumble arena, including specially themed levels!
- Added the “Custom” game type to the battle minigame with a huge variety of new settings, including:
- Enables choosing the number of lives per round each player gets.
- You can now choose the number of rounds to play before the winner is selected.

- A variety of different options to manage how players heal and how fast they get hungry.

Minecraft PE 1.6.0 features a variety of different additions. However, the most notable is definitely the ghosts. This creature is the winner of the 2017 Mob Vote during Minecon Earth.
Phantom
As mentioned above, this mob appeared in Minecraft 1.6.0. The ghost is extremely aggressive towards the player and always appears at night. But this creature is only a threat to those players who like to stay up at night.
More precisely, ghosts only spawn if the player hasn’t slept for more than three days in the game. Cats can help the player by protecting him from ghosts.
