Endermen are one of the creepiest mobs to appear in Minecraft. They walk around the place, steal the placed blocks and attack you if you look into their eyes. However, the thing about them is that they teleport on a whim. If they are attacked, they touch the water, or sometimes they just feel like it, they will teleport away. This can make catching them for a museum extremely difficult. This is how we have found to catch an Enderman in Minecraft.
Unfortunately, we haven’t found a good way to catch an Enderman in Survival, so capturing him by those means may not be worth it. Hints and name tags don’t work on Endermen, so you can’t catch them, and getting them to go to a specific area is way more effort than you should consider putting in. keep them there, but that’s no fun. That being said, if you’re okay with using creative mode to catch them, we’ve got a good method.

Enderman Origin
Enderman originates from the three worlds within Minecraft that have a light level of 7 or less.
They don’t need many places to spawn. If there is room for three blocks and solid ground, it can easily spawn in that spot.
Why does The Enderman have TNT even if you didn’t place any?
Sometimes, and this is a very rare chance of around 1%, Endermen will spawn with a TNT in their hands. So you won’t have to place a TNT for them to be an explosive hazard and a threat to you.
The way the TNT works with them is that they will run towards you, like they do, and the TNT will activate only in your vicinity. Then they will not only hurt you, but also blow you up!
Can Endermen teleport to carpet bedrock?
When on a minecart or boat, an Enderman cannot teleport in the Java Edition, but will attempt to do so in rain and water until he dies. Bedrock Edition does not have this problem.
They have the ability to travel through glass. On any nearby surface, place two rugs next to each other. As a last resort, you can lower the ceiling of the room to less than the height of your hitbox.
