I really wonder if this version is not the version that gave birth to the creature Brokenfile.exe because as you explore the world, entities with Herobrine body and head shaped like Brokenfile.exe will suddenly appear, disappearing if you get too close to them.
The world is very similar to the early versions of Minecraft, the Alpha versions, lots of fog and little visibility for the player.
If you are looking for more terrifying versions try Error 422, or Minecraft Alpha Lost, versions in which you will be able to fight with the entity of those versions.
