Random Drops in Minecraft with Randomizer
This is a very interesting data pack that makes everything we are going to make random, it is available for Minecraft java from version 1.13 to 1.17.
The procedure is very simple we must enter the Minecraft Randomizer website that I leave in the following button:
Once on the Randomizer page, you must follow the steps below:
1- Minecraft version: in this section you must choose the version of Minecraft you own.
2- Randomization seed: here we can put the seed that we want to play. This does not mean that in the world that you are going to play it has to be the seed that you wrote here, this refers to the database that the system has to give us our files.
3- Loot Table:
- Randomize Blocks: should say “ON” and it means that every time we break a block, it will give us something random.
- Randomize Entities: ON, refers to the enemies, which can be random (ON) or you can simply deactivate this option (OFF).
- Randomize Chests: It refers to the chests, which can also be configured to appear randomly.
- Randomize Gameplay: It refers to the gifts that villagers give you when you save them from an invasion.
Crafting (Randomize Crafting Recipes): This section refers to recipes. You might try to craft a sword but actually end up crafting something random like a shield.
4- Ready, after we have configured everything as we wish, we must click on the Randomize button to start generating the files and downloading them to our system.
The file will be downloaded in zip format, so we will have to unzip it before installing it.
5- To install this data pack we must go to the start button of our Windows open the run application and search for %appdata%.
5- We look for the .minecraft folder and enter it. Then we will look for the saves folder, where our saved worlds will be. In the saves folder will be all the worlds that we have created with their corresponding names. We choose and enter the folder with the world, in which there must exist a folder with the name datapacks, where we must paste the downloaded files, that is to say the data pack. If this folder does not exist we must create it under the name datapack.
6- The data pack will be installed with these steps but to use them we must open the command bar and type the command: reload.
