- Go to: https://account.riotgames.com/riot-id
- Log into your Riot Games account
- Go to the Riot ID menu
- Click the edit icon to the right of your ID
- Change your nickname in the left field
- Write your tag in the field to the right of #

How to Change Your Riot Games Account Password
You should change your Riot Games password at least every few months to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You can change it from the same menu where you change your Riot ID and tagline.
- Go to account.riotgames.com.
- Sign in to Riot Games.

Players can change their full Riot ID. This means both the display name and the hashtag.
